Prior to releasing its surveys, HSI develops and tests multiple prototypes, carries out reliability and validity analyses, and uses the results to iteratively improve each successive version.
Described herein are the types of validity and reliability statistics presented in studies, along with the kinds of statistics (e.g., “norms”) presented in our feedback reports to facilitate the interpretation of survey results.
